PIA Group acquires Nordpol+

Hamburg – Digital marketing meets excellent creation: PIA Group buys the boutique agency Nordpol+. With this acquisition, Christian Tiedemann adds a creative spearhead to the group's range of services: Since its foundation in 1998, Nordpol+ has stood for outstanding, globally awarded and cross-channel communication, moving image and design services that stay in your head. This includes work for brands such as Dacia, Renault, Under Armour, Ikea and FC St. Pauli.

PIA Group takes over Nordpol+ and its approximately 40 employees to 100 percent. The brand will continue to be managed by the two previous co-owners and managing directors Lars Rühmann and Manfred Schüller under the name Nordpol+ and with the creative DNA cultivated over the years with the claim "quality not quantity". The five-member management team around Sebastian Radack, Tim Schierwater, Niklas Franke, Ingo Fritz and Michael Becker will also remain. Rühmann and Schüller will report as managing directors directly to PIA Group CEO Christian Tiedemann.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
